Terms & Conditions
– We have a shipping time of 1-10 business days, starting from the day after the order is placed.
– Our orders are shipped by USPS, the ones are responsible for the safety of the delivery.
– Fresko will not be held responsible for the item (s) lost or damaged in transit.
– We can’t ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/DPO addresses.
General Information (Returns and Exchanges)
– All sales are final. Only defective items or size change are eligible for return in the next 3 days from the date you receive your order. Credit stores will be issued.
– Our clients will be able to change their size in our physical store, within 3 days after receiving their item (s).
– Eligible items must be returned in their original conditions – not worn washed or damaged – and must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
– Sale items and items purchased using discount code or above are not eligible for return.
– Credits will not be made until the returned item is received and approved for the credit.
– Credit usually takes between 5 to 10 business days from the date we receive your item(s). We will email you the Store Credit code so you can use it in our Web Store and will last 3 months.
– All exchange/return shipping fees will be paid by the customers.
– Fresko only paid fees shipping if the return is due to defects in the item (s) or by mistake on the part of the company in relation to the item (s).
– Please note, original shipping and handling fees will not be refundable.
