Forms of payment that are accepted at FRESKO DESIGN, and when you are billing:

FRESKODESIGN accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND PAYPAL.

With credit card orders, we will not bill your card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank. Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card.FRESKO DESIGN  reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes:

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

FRESKO DESIGN is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Can I ship and Order to a foreign country?

FRESKO DESIGN is available to do international shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination, at FRESKO DESIGN we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

International deliveries it is going to take approximately 12 days to reach your destination.

During checkout, XPS Shipping calculates and guarantees your order’s international shipping costs. The costs are calculated based on a number of factors, including the number of purchased items, the weight of the items, and the postal code of the destination country.
